Originally from the small town of Thames in the Coromandel Peninsula, Steve's flying career started when he was 18 years old. He has amassed over 4000 hours of flying across New Zealand and Australia on multiple aircraft types, both land based and sea planes. Steve started flying floatplanes in Rotorua in 2007, left, and then returned again in 2018. Andrew brings with him over 30 years and more than a very impressive 18,000 flight hours in NZ and abroad in both fixed wing and helicopters. Andrew holds pilot licenses in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States, along with advanced instructor and examiner qualifications. He has worked as a flight instructor, training pilot, and aviation business owner.
